A 30–90 second smartphone video is all it takes. Tell your neighbors who you are, what we did on your home, and what it was like working with Rich The Roofer. We may share it on our website and social media.

Who can enter the Win Your Money Back challenge?
Every homeowner who hires Rich The Roofer for a roof repair or roof replacement — and homeowners who received a free roof inspection but haven't purchased a project yet.
How many referrals do I need?
It depends on your project. Roof replacement customers need 5 signed roof replacements of equal or greater value. Roof repair customers need 3 signed roof repairs of equal or greater value. Inspection-only homeowners need 3 signed roof replacements. All within 60 days.
What does "equal or greater value" mean?
Each referral's signed contract must be worth at least as much as your own project's contract price. For example, if your replacement was $15,000, each of your 5 referrals must sign a replacement contract of $15,000 or more.
Is the video testimonial required?
Yes. A short video testimonial about your experience with Rich The Roofer is required to qualify for any reward. A simple smartphone video of 30–90 seconds is perfect.
What if not all of my referrals sign?
The challenge is all-or-nothing. Every required referral must sign within your 60-day window, and your video testimonial must be submitted. There is no partial or per-referral reward.
When does my 60-day clock start?
Your 60-day window starts the day you submit your enrollment form.
How do my referrals get credited to me?
Have each homeowner mention your full name when they schedule their inspection. We match them to your enrollment and track their contracts.
Does this have anything to do with my insurance deductible?
No. This is a referral challenge reward, paid only after you complete the requirements. It is never a waiver, rebate or payment of an insurance deductible, and it doesn't change what you owe on your contract.

- Roof replacement customers: 5 signed roof replacements of equal or greater value to your contract price. Roof repair customers: 3 signed roof repairs of equal or greater value to your contract price. Inspection-only homeowners: 3 signed roof replacements for a $1,500 cash reward.
- A video testimonial is required to qualify for any reward.
- Rewards are all-or-nothing — no partial or per-referral payouts.
- The payback equals your roof repair or replacement contract price and is paid after all requirements are met.
- This reward is never a waiver, rebate or payment of an insurance deductible.
