Common roof problems we fix in North Texas
Roof repairs are where most of our relationships with homeowners begin. A Texas thunderstorm blows a few shingles off, a ceiling stain shows up after a heavy rain, or a pipe boot cracks after a few summers of brutal sun. These problems are small today, but water is patient. Left alone, a minor leak can rot decking, soak insulation and lead to mold and drywall damage that costs far more than the original repair.
- Active leaks and water stains on ceilings or walls
- Missing, creased or lifted shingles after high winds
- Hail bruising and fractured shingles
- Cracked pipe boots, failed flashing and exposed nails
- Chimney, skylight and valley leaks
- Damaged ridge caps and vents
Cash repairs with straight answers
Our main focus is insurance claims and cash repairs. For a cash repair, you get a clear price before we start — no pressure, no upsell you don't need. We'll show you photos of what we found and what we fixed. If the damage looks storm-related, I'll tell you that too and document it, so you can decide whether to contact your insurance company. Your insurer determines what's covered.
We match shingles as closely as possible to your existing roof. On older roofs, exact matches can be hard to find, and we'll be upfront about how a repair will look before we do it.
Repair or replace? How I help you decide
A repair makes sense when damage is isolated and the rest of the roof has plenty of life left. Replacement starts to make more sense when a roof is near the end of its life, when damage is widespread across multiple slopes, or when you're paying for repairs every season. I'll give you my honest recommendation based on what I see in your Roof Protection Report — and the decision is always yours.
Emergency roof repair, day or night
Storms don't keep business hours. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, and 24/7 emergency service is available for a fee — or included for Roof Protection Members. In an emergency, we'll tarp and secure your roof to stop further damage and document the damage with photos.
