- We're on your roof every year documenting its condition and sealing exposed nails and loose shingles — low cost, no repair obligation, full emergency coverage.
- Free repair allowances are use-it-or-lose-it each year. Asphalt roofs: materials and labor covered. Premium roofs (metal, tile, EcoShield): labor covered, you supply the material.

24/7 emergency service available for a fee — included for Roof Protection Members.
Enrollment, commitment & cancellation
- $500 enrollment fee — waived with a 2-year commitment, so most members pay $0 to start.
- Cancel before 2 years: a flat $500 early-exit fee and you're out the same day. After 2 years: cancel anytime, nothing owed.
- Coverage begins the same day you enroll and pay. Your first inspection documents the roof's baseline condition.
