Rich The Roofer is a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. We document damage and do the work; your insurance company determines coverage.
DFW is hail country
North Texas sits in one of the most active hail corridors in the country. Spring and early summer storms routinely drop hail across Kaufman, Rockwall, Dallas and Collin counties, and high winds can do just as much damage as the ice. The tricky part is that roof damage from hail is often invisible from the ground. Bruised shingles, cracked mats and lost granules may not leak for months — and by then, your window to file a claim may be closing.
That's why we tell every homeowner: not if, but when. Be prepared before the storm, and act quickly after one.
Documentation to support your insurance claim
Our focus is insurance claims, and documentation is everything. During your free Roof Protection Inspection, we photograph and measure damage slope by slope, including soft metals, vents, gutters and other collateral damage that helps show a storm actually hit your property. You receive a Roof Protection Report you can share with your insurance company.
- Detailed photos of hail and wind damage on every slope
- Collateral damage documentation (gutters, vents, screens, fences)
- Roof measurements and material identification
- Clear written summary in plain English
On your side through documentation and quality
You pay your premiums so you're protected when the storm comes, and you deserve a thorough inspection. When your adjuster comes out, we can meet them on-site to point out the damage we documented. We explain each step of the process in plain English so you know what to expect. Your insurance company determines coverage, and once they approve a scope, we complete the repair or replacement to that scope with quality workmanship.
We will never ask you to do anything dishonest, and we never guarantee claim approval or outcomes. What we promise is thorough documentation, honest answers and quality work.
Deductibles and financing
Your deductible is your responsibility under Texas law, and we never waive, pay, rebate or cover it. Flexible financing options, including for your insurance deductible.
